Its natural colour and round profile make it suited to daily use, with excellent value for pistachio flavours and cremino.
Ideal for: pistachio gelato, cremino and daily production.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
