It combines selected TGT hazelnut paste and Dutch cocoa, creating a bold balance between roasted notes and chocolate intensity. The less sweet profile enhances the cocoa’s bitterness without overpowering the hazelnut. Ideal for dark, creamy and persistent gianduia gelato.
Dosage: 80/100 g of product per kg of base mix.
