Rubicone Sweet Almond Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the taste of sweet almond, with a delicate, fragrant and pleasantly roasted, with balanced sweetness profile.
A concentrated paste like Sweet Almond Paste saves preparation time, as you simply weigh, mix and batch-freeze.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per litre or 65 g per kg of mix.
