Poured over fior di latte it breaks into crunchy flakes spread throughout the pan; it is an everyday coating, practical and economical.
Ideal for: stracciatella, decoration and rippled flavours.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: melt and drizzle onto the gelato at the end of churning or in the pan.
