DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Martini Gelato Melon Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with 50% melon, for a bold taste and a summery aroma.

Melon gives a sweet, refreshing sorbet with a soft orange colour, much requested in the warm months; it pairs well with lime, mint and red berries.

Ideal for: melon sorbet, summer cups and granita.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
