Rubicone Apple Pie Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with an apple pie taste: sweet, fruity and gently spiced, with notes of baked apple and pastry.

Added to the white base, it makes a creamy, comforting gelato reminiscent of the baked dessert. Being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: apple pie gelato, cinnamon flavours and autumn sundaes.
