Leagel Alphonso Mango paste contains Alphonso mango, considered the finest variety: the sweetest, juiciest and most fragrant, for intensely fruity mango gelato.
Just add Alphonso Mango paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: premium mango sorbet, exotic sundaes and lassi gelato.
Features: Alphonso mango, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
