Leagel Mango paste is a concentrated fruit paste with the sweet, juicy tropical taste of mango, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
In the Leagel Cremino Mango recipe, Mango paste is paired with Glucosil GMS and Base Frutta 50 GMS; it saves preparation time in the lab.
Ideal for: mango sorbet, mango and passion fruit, tropical sticks.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
