Martini Gelato Strawberry Deluxe Ripple is a ripple for artisan gelato with 20% whole semi-candied strawberries and 18% concentrated strawberry juice, with natural colourings.
The whole strawberries stay clearly visible in the gelato for a rich, eye-catching pan, ideal on fior di latte, panna cotta and cheesecake.
Ideal for: strawberry fior di latte, cheesecake and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.
Directions: ripple the gelato in the pan while extracting or decorate the surface.
