Martini Gelato Amarenata 18/20 is a preparation with 60% whole candied cherries and 40% syrup, for decorating and filling gelato and desserts.

The whole 18/20-calibre fruits are perfect as a topping on cups and pans, and the flavoured syrup is used for rippling and in pastry preparations.

Ideal for: cups, pan decoration and pastry.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.

Directions: pour over gelato, cups and desserts when serving.
