It keeps a perfect structure at both negative and positive temperatures, with no colourings and a natural vanilla note; excellent with caramel and biscuit.

Ideal for: caramel flavours, fillings and cakes.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
