Elenka’s Dulce di Latte is a gelato ripple inspired by the traditional dulce de leche of Latin America. Its sweet, rich taste, with notes of caramelised milk, enriches gelato with an intense, irresistible flavour.
Ideal for classic dulce de leche gelato or pairings with chocolate, coffee, hazelnut, biscuit and other cream flavours. Use it as is, in the desired quantity, to ripple gelato during extraction from the batch freezer.
DOSAGE: to taste.
