Fiordilatte 500 Fast by MEC3 perfectly recreates the fiordilatte flavour, the foundation of milk-based gelato, without balancing, pasteurisation and ageing.
It dissolves in milk only, with a quick, cold process: all you need is a batch freezer. Also a great base for ripples and combinations.
DOSAGE: 1.2 kg of product + 3 l of milk.
