READY BLUE BANANA JAVA is a complete product for soft serve and traditional ice cream, blue banana flavor. A new idea inspired by Blue Java Bananas, know as “Ice Cream Bananas” beacuse they have a creamy texture and flavor which curiously reminds vanilla Gelato. And the oddest fact is that they turn blue before ripening. It’s a complete premix in powder for Gelato with a natural blue colour, thanks to Spirulina extract. Vanilla banana taste.
Dosage for ice cream: 1 bag + 2,5 lt water.
Dosage for soft ice cream: 1 bag + 3 lt water.
