Complete base in paste Simplé Lime Lemon and Ginger. An original, fresh, and refreshing flavor for sorbets and summer ice creams, thanks to the citrus notes and the digestive power of ginger. It is a Simplé in paste, with 13.5% pieces of candied ginger that provide a rich and indulgent texture.

A versatile product that can be used not only for ice cream but also for the preparation of Granita, Smoothies, Milkshakes, and Soft Ice Cream.

Free from artificial colorings, with natural flavors.

DOSAGE

Gelato: Simplé 600 g + 1 l of water
Classic Granita with granita machine (15 min.): 1 jar + 4 l of water. Yields 30 granitas
Sicilian Granita with batch freezer (10 min.): 1 jar + 3 l of water. Yields 30 granitas
Smoothies with blender (10 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
Milkshake with blender (20-30 sec.): Simplé 70/80 g + 50 ml milk + ice
Soft Ice Cream: 1 can Simplé + 3 cans water or milk.
