Pink grapefruit gives a citrus sorbet with a pleasant bitter note; with ginger ripple it creates an original, spiced flavour.

Ideal for: citrus sorbet, granita and original flavours.

Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1 bag + 2.8 L of water (gelato), 3.3-3.5 L (soft serve), 3.8 L (granita).
