DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato FruttUP Passion Fruit is a complete powder base for artisan passion fruit gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Passion fruit gives an aromatic, tart sorbet with a deep yellow colour, to finish with passion fruit ripple.
Ideal for: passion fruit sorbet, exotic flavours and granita.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.8 L of water (gelato), 3.3-3.5 L (soft serve), 3.8 L (granita).
Processing: cold.
