Martini Gelato FruttUP Watermelon is a complete powder base for artisan watermelon gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Watermelon is the flavour of summer: with just water it makes a light, refreshing pink sorbet, also available as granita or soft serve.
Ideal for: watermelon sorbet, granita and soft serve.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.8 L of water (gelato), 3.3-3.5 L (soft serve), 3.8 L (granita).
Processing: cold.
