Leagel Easy Watermelon is a powder mix from the Easy Frutta line tasting of fresh, thirst-quenching watermelon.
With Easy Watermelon the flavour is already in the base, so no other ingredients or balancing calculations are needed; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: watermelon sorbet, summer sticks and creamy granitas.
Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
