DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Tiramisu Paste is a paste for artisan gelato made with egg yolk and mascarpone, with the typical taste of tiramisu and no alcohol.
It respects the traditional recipe with a rich mascarpone note; for a summer tiramisu, ripple it with strawberry or apricot.
Ideal for: tiramisu gelato, semifreddo and cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50-70 g per kg of mix.
