With Tiramisù Paste the flavour stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per litre or 65 g per kg of mix.
