Rubicone Caffè Moka Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with an intense moka coffee taste: bold, roasted and aromatic, with a pleasant bitter note reminiscent of Italian espresso.

Added to the white base, it makes a creamy, balanced and lasting coffee gelato. Being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes for a coffee flavour suited to customers who avoid dairy.

Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogatos and chocolate-coffee flavours.
