Leagel Coffee paste is the classic coffee-based paste for coffee gelato, with excellent value.
Besides being served on its own, Coffee paste is a good starting point for pairings with Leagel ripples and crumbles; it saves preparation time in the lab.
Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogato and semifreddi.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
