Leagel Easy Coffee is a ready product from the Easy Crema line: coffee gelato with an intense taste.
Easy Coffee cuts the steps in the lab, since you only add the stated liquid and batch-freeze; it needs no other ingredients or balancing calculations.
Ideal for: coffee gelato, affogato and chocolate sundaes.
Features: Easy Crema line, just add milk, also suitable for soft-serve, fats: vegetable (coconut) and animal (cream powder), gluten-free.
Directions: mix with milk, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 450 g per 1 litre of milk.
Processing: cold.
