Leagel Biscuit paste has the typical taste of shortbread biscuits, for an indulgent gelato to ripple with chocolate creams.
In the Leagel Cremino Lemon Cookie recipe, Biscuit paste is paired with Crumble Classico al Burro and Loveria Crunchy - Limone; it also appears in Cremino Pecan Pie.
Ideal for: biscuit gelato, cookies and kids' sundaes.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
