Rubicone Romeo Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a biscuit and white chocolate taste, with a sweet, creamy and enveloping profile.
Romeo Paste lets you offer this flavour with a simple, consistent process that suits any lab.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per litre or 40 g per kg of mix.
