Martini Gelato Aymara Universal is a universal powder base for artisan chocolate gelato, designed to use any type of chocolate and bring out its character.

It pairs with dark chocolate discs of different percentages, especially Master Martini's single-origin Ariba discs, to create unique chocolate flavours.

Ideal for: single-origin chocolate and custom chocolate flavours.

Features: gluten-free, vegan.

Directions: dissolve base and chocolate discs in boiling water, allow to cool and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1 bag + 2.7 L of boiling water + 1 kg of Ariba chocolate discs.

Processing: hot.
