DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Maxilatte chocolate base is a ready mix for creamy milk chocolate gelato.
In the Leagel Cremino Dubai Chocolate recipe, Maxilatte chocolate base is paired with Variegato Choco Kadayif - Pistacchio and Copertura Stickaway al Cioccolato al Latte; it also appears in Azteco.
Ideal for: milk chocolate gelato, bacio and stracciatella.
Features: just add water, also ideal for rippling, fats: vegetable (coconut) and animal (cream powder), gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: hot (80 °C).
