DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Nero chocolate base is a ready mix for intense dark chocolate gelato.
In the Leagel Black Coffee recipe, Nero chocolate base is paired with Caffè Forte 20 and Loveria Caffè; it needs no other ingredients or balancing calculations.
Ideal for: dark chocolate gelato, sundaes and orange pairings.
Features: just add water, also ideal for rippling, fats: vegetable (coconut) and animal (cream powder), gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 820 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: hot (80 °C).
