Martini Gelato Aymara Black Vegan is a complete powder base for artisan chocolate gelato with an intense taste, vegan and ready with boiling water.
Its dark colour and bold flavour make it a connoisseur's chocolate, also suited to customers who avoid milk and dairy.
Ideal for: extra-dark chocolate, chocolate sorbet and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water.
Processing: hot.
