Leagel Royal 50 C/F base is a fat-free milk base with milk and cream flavour, leaving the gelato maker full freedom over cream and pastes. Hot or cold process.
Choosing Royal 50 C/F base means working with a ready-balanced mix, to which you only add the flavour you want; it leaves room for pastes and ripples to take centre stage.
Ideal for: cream, chocolate and nut flavours.
Features: flavour: latte, panna, fat-free, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve base and sugar in milk and batch-freeze, with or without pasteurising.
Dosage: 35 g per kg of mix.
Processing: hot (85 °C) or cold.
