In the lab, Gran Latte 330 base simplifies the work, with one dose to weigh and the same process every time; it helps keep an even structure from batch to batch.
Ideal for: quick fior di latte, soft-serve and fast production.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: mix the base with milk and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 330 g per 1 litre of milk.
Processing: hot (85 °C) or cold.
