Ideal for: soya gelato in any flavour, to flavour with Gold Line pastes.

Features: rich in fibre, just add water, sweetened with fructose, fats: vegetable (coconut), vegan, gluten-free.

Directions: dissolve in water at 50 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 litre of water.

Processing: hot (50 °C).
