Rubicone Ready Strawberry NSA is a complete mix for strawberry gelato with no added sugar, vegan and dairy-free, suitable for both trays and soft serve.
It is made with water only, a simple way to offer a fruit flavour to customers who avoid added sugar or dairy. It belongs to Rubicone's Fit Gelato range.
Ideal for: no-added-sugar strawberry gelato, vegan displays and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, no added sugar, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.1 kg with 2.5 litres of water; soft serve 1.1 kg with 3 litres of water.
