It is made with water only, with no other ingredients to weigh: a practical way to offer a classic flavour to customers looking for a no-added-sugar option.
Ideal for: no-added-sugar vanilla gelato, soft serve and sundaes.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, no added sugar, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.3 kg with 2.5 litres of water; soft serve 1.3 kg with 3 litres of water.
