DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Bianco Liquid Base is a complete pasteurised, homogenised mix, ready to use, for white fior di latte and soft serve.
It lets you skip pasteurisation while keeping a consistent standard; with flavouring pastes it becomes the base for all cream flavours.
Ideal for: high-volume production and soft serve.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: pour the base into the batch freezer, flavour to taste and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 3 L per pan.
Processing: ready to use.
