DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Bianco Liquid Base is a pasteurised UHT liquid base, ready to use, for a white fior di latte with a delicate vanilla note.
Already balanced and homogenised, it can be flavoured with pastes for any cream flavour and also used in soft serve machines with a little milk.
Ideal for: fior di latte, cream flavours and soft serve.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: pour the base into the batch freezer, flavour to taste and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 3 L per pan; soft serve: 1 L + 200 g of milk.
Processing: ready to use.
