Martini Gelato Cocoa Liquid Base is a pasteurised UHT liquid base, ready to use, for making chocolate gelato, milk-based.
It has the typical colour of milk chocolate and in just minutes gives a creamy, scoopable gelato, also as soft serve.
Ideal for: chocolate gelato and soft serve.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: pour the base into the batch freezer, flavour to taste and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 3 L per pan.
Processing: ready to use.
