DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Blackcurrant, Elderberry and Lemon Granita base brings the Fruity & Veggy range to granita: an original, refreshing flavour, blackcurrant and elderberry brightened by lemon, with dehydrated concentrated fruit juice and pulp.
Blackcurrant, Elderberry and Lemon Granita base cuts the steps in the lab, since you only add the stated liquid and batch-freeze; it needs no other ingredients or balancing calculations.
Ideal for: granita with brioche, frozen cocktails and berry sundaes.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water until dissolved, leave to rest and freeze.
Dosage: 200 g of product + 800 g of water.
Processing: cold.
