Leagel features Pesto di Pistacchi – Gold Line in the Gelato Pesto di Pistacchi recipe; it pairs well with Leagel ripples and crumbles.
Ideal for: pistachio gelato with pieces, cremini, fillings and fine pastry creations.
Features: 100% pistachios, coarse texture, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
