DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
This Leagel Stracciatella coating is also designed for bars and small batches: dark chocolate to melt and pour for stracciatella and sundae decorations.
Stracciatella coating is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Croccante all'Amarena recipe, together with Glucosil (non c’è nella carrellata degli ingredienti) and Variegato Cherry Red; it also coats semifreddi, single portions and gelato sandwiches.
Ideal for: stracciatella, gelato sundaes and affogatos.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: melt in a bain-marie at about 30 °C and use as desired.
