DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Pistacchio Nobile paste is made with carefully selected pistachios enriched with Sicilian sea salt, giving a pleasant salty note and enhancing the rounded roast.
Pistacchio Nobile paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Superpistacchio recipe, together with Delivery Plus and CioccoPistacchio; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: salted pistachio gelato and white chocolate pairings.
Features: Sicilian sea salt, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80–100 g per kg of mix.
