Leagel Pure Premium Pistachio paste is a selection of Greek pistachios with a pinch of salt to enhance flavour and a touch of chlorophyll for a bright green; excellent value.
Pure Premium Pistachio paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Pistacchio e Lampone Crunchy recipe, together with Variegato Choco Raspberry and Granella di Pistacchio; it gives a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze.
Ideal for: pistachio gelato, salted pistachio and cremini.
Features: Greek pistachios, a pinch of salt, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
