DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Pure Mediterranean Pistachio Paste is a pure paste made from the finest Mediterranean pistachios, roasted longer for a bold taste, with a touch of chlorophyll for a bright green display.
Simply add it to the white base for a full, natural pistachio gelato. Leagel also uses it in the Mozartkugel recipe, with Avola Almond Paste and CioccoPistacchio ripple.
Ideal for: bold pistachio gelato and cremini.
Features: Mediterranean pistachios, intense roast, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
