Leagel Nocciola Principe paste is a pure paste from a blend of Italian hazelnuts with a medium roast: more intense than Nocciola Italia, for a full-flavoured gelato.

In the Leagel Cremino Cioccolato Bianco e Nocciola recipe, Nocciola Principe paste is paired with Loveria Cioccolato Bianco; it also appears in Cuor di Nocciola.

Ideal for: hazelnut gelato, hazelnut and chocolate.

Features: 100% Italian hazelnuts, medium roast, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 100 g per kg of mix.
