DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Gran Pure Hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata Gelato Paste Toschi is a high-quality pure paste made with 100% roasted Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts. The delicate roasting brings out the hazelnut's natural aroma, for an authentic-tasting gelato.
Piedmont's Tonda Gentile Trilobata is the benchmark hazelnut for quality gelato: a 100% pure paste lets you name it in the display case and gives hazelnut gelato with a natural colour.
Ideal for: hazelnut gelato, hazelnut pastry cream, semifreddi and pralines.
Features: 100% roasted Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts, gentle roast.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g of paste per 1 L of base mix.
