DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Piedmont PGI Hazelnut Paste is a paste for artisan gelato made with Piedmont PGI hazelnuts, known for their intense, aromatic flavour.
The hazelnuts are roasted, refined and ground into a smooth, even cream that blends easily into the mix and gives a full, lingering hazelnut gelato, with a certified origin to share with customers.
Ideal for: hazelnut gelato, gianduia and semifreddo.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no emulsifiers.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
