DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Leagel Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO paste from the Gold Line is a pure paste made with 100% Bronte PDO pistachios. The pistachios grow on the volcanic soils of Mount Etna, are hand-picked every two years and processed within 24 hours of harvest, for an intense flavour and natural colour.
Just add Pistacchio Verde di Bronte PDO paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: top-quality pistachio gelato, semifreddi, creams and fine pastry pralines.
Features: 100% Verde di Bronte PDO pistachio, certified vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
