The Fabbri NEVEPANN BELPANNA 50 C/F base is a low-dosage base (100g/l of plant-based milk/drink such as soy, rice, or oat) to be used either hot or cold.
DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Dairy-free and fat-free, it ensures creaminess, easy spatulation, and excellent tub performance even when processed cold. It is ideal for vegan gelato. It is characterized by a significant amount of sugars and by plant-based proteins (pea and potato) as a substitute for milk proteins, which help make the gelato creamy and warm.
DOSAGE: 50g of product + 1L of plant-based beverage (soy, rice, or oat milk) + 250g of sugar. For cold preparation, let the mixture rest for 15 minutes before placing it in the blast chiller.
