Ice cream base to work with water. Dosage 500 gr per liter. The result is an ice cream with a great structure and extremely smooth. Excellent value for money.

Dosage: 70 g of base, 700 g of milk, 150 g of sugar, 20 g of dextrose, 20 g of low-fat milk powder, 50 of whole milk cream.
